Price of Goods
The price listed on the Website (the “Price”) for Agrishop.ie products (the “Products”) will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order on the website. Payment Processing
We use PayPal as our external payment provider for online transactions at Agrishop.ie. PayPal require the billing address of the credit card you use, they check the address against the cardholder's details for security purposes. We only store delivery details when you opt-in to save these details to your Profile. We don't store the credit card details on our server. PayPal requires that you provide your credit card details to process the transaction. This is done on a secure PayPal server and data passing between Agrishop.ie servers and PayPal are encrypted.
Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell or rent any personally identifiable information about you to any third party.
Unfortunately, due to the existing regulatory environment, we cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.

Claims
When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a product up to 7 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the Product to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). Any breakages, items missing or damage to your order must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of your delivery.
Returns
On delivery of product or products to you, you will have 5 working days to examine the product or products, and notify us of any defects. Should you fail to give us notice of any defects within this period we shall have no liability whatsoever in respect of any defects in the product or products.
Any products returned to us as defective will be checked and verified by us. Any returned products found not to be defective will be returned by us to you and we will charge you for our return delivery costs or retain the product until full payment has been received by us for our return delivery costs.
If you return a product to us as defective and we verify the product is defective we will either replace the product or refund the price you paid for the product to you together with your reasonable costs for the return of the product to us.
Returned items must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
A €10.00 handling charge may apply to some items, if product were incorrectly ordered.
Note: postage / courier fees (as applicable) on returned goods will be borne by the customer, unless we were at fault.
Accordance with Specification
Many of the Products are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the Products and keep specifications completely up to date. All descriptive matter, drawings, pictures, colours, specifications and advertising on the Website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the Products.
Safety
If any manuals or safety instructions are provided with the Products, you agree to read and follow carefully all the terms contained there in at all times. Any information contained on the Website is not meant to be comprehensive and if you are inexperienced in using the Products or are unsure of your abilities, you should always seek expert advice and assistance.
